We act as a service provider and intermediary and do not act as an employer unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Eligibility and use

By using our Website or services, you confirm that:

  • We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate acceptance

Clients must ensure that:

  • Job descriptions and hiring practices comply with UK Equality Act 2010 and applicable laws in relevant jurisdictions

  • No unlawful discrimination occurs

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where requests are unlawful, unethical, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Candidate services

For candidates:

  • You may create a profile, upload your CV, and apply for opportunities on our platforms

  • You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate and lawful

  • Your profile may be shared with employers, subject to your preferences and consent

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.

8. User accounts

You agree to:

  • Keep account details secure

  • Not allow unauthorised access

  • Notify us of any misuse

We may suspend or terminate accounts where there is:

  • Fraudulent or misleading activity

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of the platform
